I've spent my career on both sides of the hotel lobby. Twenty years working the front desk, running events, managing sales at world-class properties. I know what makes a hotel exceptional — and I know what makes it wrong for you, no matter how many stars it has.
I grew up in Europe, lived in Italy and Germany, worked at Pebble Beach in California, and somewhere along the way visited 70+ countries. When I recommend a hotel, it's because I've been there — not because I read a review.
I also run Incognito Atelier, a private ultra-luxury travel advisory for high-net-worth clients. FIJBI™ travel matching service is something different. It's for the person who doesn't have a travel advisor, doesn't travel five times a year, and keeps putting off the one trip that would actually make a difference. I built this because I got tired of watching good people postpone joy.
